Our mission… to be a leader in learning, love and laughter.
Jim Ice has been a trusted advisor to business leaders across industries for over 25 years. As a high-energy, thought leader he delivers results through the integration of business insight, practical application and deep subject matter expertise.
As a coach (consultant), working with leaders from the shop floor to the board room, he has helped shape strategy, execute transformational change, and design/implement award winning talent processes – impacting both individual and organizational performance.
A talented facilitator (teacher/speaker), Jim will both challenge and entertain you. His practical, listener-centered approach ensures that each participant walks away with something they can apply to their personal and professional life. Each presentation is uniquely designed to engage the intellect (teach), inspire emotion (action) and even tickle your funny bone just a bit.
Take a look at Jim’s Resumé…
If you spend much time with Jim, no doubt you will hear about the passions in his life:
- His family – Christine (wife of 25+ years) and his children – Jessica, Joshua and Olivia. His talented family is deeply involved in the arts (dance, singing, music performance and theatre production). At the moment, Jim is the only one of his family that cannot tap dance – but he does sing, play some pretty bad ukulele and is always is ready to do a magic trick or two.
- His chosen charity – Active since the project inception in 2003, Jim serves on the Board of Directors of the James Connection, www.jamesconnection.org, a non-profit corporation dedicated to rescuing orphans in India. Papa Jim (as the kids call him) has visited the children at the ‘Angel’s Place’ orphanage in remote India on multiple occasions, being touched by their need and the profound impact of this project in changing the lives of needy children.
