Custom Instructional Design

Sometimes the learning needs of an organization require the development of learning programming specific to the products, processes and/or services of the company.  NorthStar Learning works with our clients to identify the unique learning needs/objectives and to create both the content and the delivery method that best facilitates the application of learning. We use proven instructional design techniques (ADDIE) and can leverage a variety of learning delivery methods (e.g. instructor lead, cohorts, on-line, video, simulations, case studies, job aids/workflows, blended learning, etc.) in support of program design solutions.
